2. What data do we process, and why?
We do not ask for personal data to browse properties on our website. We process personal data when you send us a message through the form on a property page or on the Contact page.
- Data processed: name, email address, phone number (optional), the text of the message, and the ID of the property concerned.
- Purpose of processing: answering your enquiry, keeping in touch, and arranging property viewings.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form.
3. How long do we keep the data?
We keep the data provided in your message until your enquiry is closed, but for no longer than 12 months from receipt of the message. If the enquiry leads to a contract, we continue to process the data in line with our contractual and accounting legal obligations.
4. Who can see your data?
The Controller's real estate representative and administrative staff have access to the data. Processors involved in handling the data:
- hosting provider (storage of the website and messages);
- email service provider (delivery of messages).
We do not pass your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and external services
The site only uses cookies that are needed for operation and convenience:
- remembering the selected currency (tj_cur);
- remembering grid or list view (tj_view).
These do not identify you and are not used for tracking. Property pages may show embedded maps (Google Maps, OpenStreetMap) and videos (YouTube); these providers may process data under their own privacy policies as soon as the content is loaded.
6. Your rights
You may request at any time:
- information about the personal data we process (right of access);
- correction of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing;
- portability of your data;
- You may also object to the processing.
You may withdraw your consent to processing at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can submit your request at info@toesjee.eu or by post; we will reply within 30 days.
7. Legal remedies

You may also assert your rights before a court.
8. Changes to this notice
The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice. The version currently in force is available on this page.
